Rainy days will not stop Emma Roberts from going out in chic clothes. The pretty actress was spotted out and about, holding her own umbrella, dressed in a simple but stylish black ensemble. Rocking an Elkin Callie chiffon dress that showed off her slim pins, the starlet turned her look from boring to fabulous with a pair of Jimmy Choo "Vaunt" suede ankle-strap booties in a nice deep blue color. To top it off, she also sported a lovely statement necklace that instantly caught our eyes.
