The plastic surgeon who rebuilt her ear after they took cartilage and used it to restructure her nose has left her with an odd ear as well as nose. Apparently the plastic surgery on the nose was due to a family condition *side-eye*, (Call me cynical but what about the rest of the other work that left her chopped and screwed.) as a result she’s left with an ear that looks a cross between a pig and elven fairy.
