Word around these parts is that Toya Carter-Wright and her husband, Memphitz, have landed their very own reality show deal. Although the two have been filming for the pilot of their show which is said to be titled "Mickey and Toya: The Wright Way" (according to TMZ.com) no major network has picked up on it, nor has it been given the green light. However, the show is being shopped around to networks such as BET, MTV, Fuse and Oxygen.
Now in other Memphitz news, it's being reported that Memphitz has decided to drop his lawsuit against K. Michelle. That story which is courtesy of HipHopMorning.com when you click on that "Read More" button below:
Here's what HipHopMorning.com reports below:
First MOTION to Dismiss Without Prejudice by Mickey Wright, Jr. (Honore, Alcide) (Entered: 12/26/2012)
12/26/2012 5 Voluntary Dismissal pursuant to FRCP 41.a.1.i by Mickey Wright, Jr (anc) (Entered: 01/02/2013)
12/26/2012 Clerk's Entry of Dismissal APPROVING 5 Notice of Voluntary Dismissal pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P.41(a)(1) (i) (anc) (Entered: 01/02/2013)
12/26/2012 Civil Case Terminated. (anc) (Entered: 01/02/2013)
I'm glad Memphitz was able to get over whatever he was feeling about Vh1's "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta", or was this just a plot to get back at K. Michelle because he now has his own reality show coming and he is going to try and tarnish K. Michelle's name? Hmmm? Only time will tell, but until then what are your thoughts?
