Style Steal: Emma Roberts’ $68 Baublebar Necklace

Rainy days will not stop Emma Roberts from going out in chic clothes. The pretty actress was spotted out and about, holding her own umbrella, dressed in a simple but stylish black ensemble. Rocking an Elkin Callie chiffon dress that showed off her slim pins, the starlet turned her look from boring to fabulous with a pair of Jimmy Choo "Vaunt" suede ankle-strap booties in a nice deep blue color. To top it off, she also sported a lovely statement necklace that instantly caught our eyes.

Emma's choice of jewelry was the Rainbow Frank Collar ($68), which is one of the pieces from her own collaboration with Baublebar. The collection, "As Told by Emma Roberts," showcases very affordable and trendy pieces ranging from $28 to $150. You can view and shop the whole collection here.

Standout Dresses at the “American Horror Story: Freak Show” Premiere

The much anticipated premiere of FX's American Horror Sotry: Freak Show was filled with beautiful ladies in stunning dresses. Check out some of the best dressed celebs that night:

Lea Michele

Lea Michele is not even part of the cast but she definitely stole the red carpet show. Wearing a revealing Cushnie et Ochs dress, the Glee star showed off major cleavage and legs with a strapless teal velvet dress. Despite showing a lot of skin, Lea still looks classy. She finished the seductive look with a metallic box clutch and a sexy pair of Chelsea Paris sandals.

Sarah Paulson was a glorious sight in her Zac Posen duchess satin dress. First of all the deep blue color looks perfect on her flawless skin. Plus, the dress features impeccable style with its pleated cape-style sleeves and trumpet skirt. This kind of silhouette is perfect to show off Sarah's small waist and curvy figure.

Jessica Simpson Rocks Chic Airport Wear with Saint Laurent Studded Sac de Jour Tote

Remember when Jessica Simpson got harassed by the public because of her weight? Well, those days are long gone now as she is, without doubt, back to her sexy figure. Reportedly, Jessica lost up to 70 pounds doing Weight Watchers, and we do not see any sign of unhealthy fats on her.

The singer/actress was spotted at LAX looking chic in her comfy airport wear. The matching sweatshirt and pants were dressed up with white platform pumps and a lovely Saint Laurent Sac de Jour tote.

Lady Gaga Cleans Up for the Oscars but Still Wears Skyscraper Platforms

We're so used to seeing Lady Gaga with her crazy fashion that when she cleans up, we're always taken aback. The eccentric artist left her meat dress at home (or in the fridge) and glammed up for the Oscars a couple of days ago, and we are pretty impressed with how she looked.

She donned a gorgeous Atelier Versace gown at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party after the awards show. The strapless frock features crystal embellishments on the sexy semi-sheer bodice. The singer finished the look with flawless makeup and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Although Mother Monster was all dolled up and lovely, she naturally just had to add some quirk to her wardrobe. We had a quick glimpse of her shoes - a pair of sky-high platform sandals. These custom-made Brian Atwood shoes are 9 inches high! This is a pretty unusual pair to wear at such a glamorous affair, but hey, this is Gaga we're talking about! The sky-high platforms would look really awkward on someone else, but they looked like they belong on Lady Gaga's feet. We think she pulled it off. Don't you think so?

Earlier on the red carpet of the Oscars, Gaga paraded her curves in another dazzling Atelier Versace creation and, reportedly, over $5 million worth of Lorraine Schwartz jewels. She was still, of course, wearing those skyscraper platforms.

How to Style Open-Toe Booties

While pumps and sandals in stilettos make fantastic footwear choices, a pair of stiletto ankle boots or booties, on the other hand, makes for a more voguish and chic alternative. This is especially true with open-toe booties. Admittedly, open-toe booties provide more edge than other styles. The toe-baring design without a doubt gives off that mysteriously sexy vibe - showing just a tiny bit of skin without being too blatant about it. It spices up a look and makes it a tad more interesting.

You'll be amazed at how versatile a pair of open-toe booties can be. They go with practically any outfit, for any occasion, and may be worn at any season. We can't think of an ensemble that open-toe booties wouldn't blend with nicely. They look great with shorts, jeans, skirt, and dresses, even evening gowns. You can wear open-toe booties while rocking a casual look, and neither would they be out of place for a night on the town.

While open-toe booties are perfect during spring and summer, they're known to complement nicely with fall fashion, too. And, if your part of the world isn't that super cold during winter, we're pretty sure you can find ways to incorporate them in your sleek winter look along with a pair of cozy tights.

See the many different ways, occasions and seasons wherein you can wear a pair of the highly versatile open-toe booties. You'll soon discover that these snazzy shoes are actually a must-have in your closet.

Casual or Party

Whether you'll be doing some quick shopping or going to a cocktail party, open-toe booties will help you look great while engaging in these activities. They add some oomph to an ordinary pair of jeans and make a simple top-with-short-skirt look party-fabulous.

In Dresses or In Pants

Pants when paired with open-toe booties give off that tough-yet-sexy look, while dresses matched with open-toe booties is more on the feminine-with-an-edge style. Both looks are fab options and whether you'll choose one over the other largely depends on what style you want to channel.

Any Season

Spring and Summer

As opposed to the regular closed-toe booties, open-toe booties are more appropriate boot choices for spring and summer. The open-toe design that exposes a portion of your feet is breezy and more fitting with the warmer weather. If you want to go out in the sun in style, forego the comfortable-yet-no-so-interesting flats and go for a pair of the more alluring open-toe booties.

Fall and Winter

Fall is, of course, a good time to wear open-toe booties. While the weather isn't exactly warm, neither has it gotten too cold yet to start covering your toes. Open-toe booties would perfectly finish your fabulous fall outfit. Match them with your layered separates (top, jackets, cardigans, scarves) or wear your pair with a short, leg-showcasing skirt. A dress and a topper like the ones Katie Holmes wore below would also be a great choice.

If your corner of the globe isn't too cold during winter, you can wear a pair of thick and cozy tights with your open-toe booties. Tights are great additional fashion pieces to create that mod winter look.

Spotted: Victoria Beckham Goes Back to Black in Leather

After her recent trip from China, Victoria Beckham was spotted in a chic dark look as she attended her daughter Harper's school event in London, England, yesterday morning. The successful businesswoman and fashion designer went for a signature all-black ensemble while still maintaining a posh vibe.

Check out Victoria's photos below.

Victoria Beckham stepped out of her car looking fab as always. Dressed in an all-black outfit for her daughter's school event, the 39-year-old opted for a monochrome look but still kept things interesting. She did this by accessorizing with a chic fedora and by accenting her waist with a colorful belt. She further styled with some sexy booties and a black leather jacket for a bit of masculine appeal.

How do you like Victoria's look? For those wanting to steal her style, start by wearing any of the chic leather jackets below.

Zendaya Sets Summer Cool in a White Marc by Marc Jacobs Vest

We were not surprised when we found out that Zendaya Coleman is now into designing clothes. She really has a great taste in fashion even if she's just 16. Our most recent sighting of her shows another of her chic styling. Take a look at her casual but very fashionable look at 7-Eleven's 86th birthday party held at The Revolve Clothing Malibu Beach House on July 9.

She was actually wearing a Marc by Marc Jacobs outfit with Louboutin heels. Her white high-waist shorts definitely flaunted her legs, and we do love that they matched her vest well. She also wore a very striking paisley-print silk shirt, but the addition of the white vest simply made this ensemble so in style for summer.

Do you love wearing vests? While we normally see blue denims, wearing a white vest is a surefire way to keep your ensemble on trend this season.
