Tungsten Property Is Looking For Fashion Business Development Interns In NYC!

We are seeking 1 or 2 fashion business development interns to join our firm to help source and manage relationships with up-and-coming and established designers, fashion brands, and fashion industry related firms such as magazine and public relations companies.

Interns will work with Tungsten Partner's capital raising division, assisting the team in quantitative and qualitative evaluation of an established contemporary cult fashion brand that cannot be disclosed in this posting. An interested intern can take a significant amount of responsibility creating the business plan and learning the business end of the operations and financing of a fashion brand. Interns will also be able to attend meetings with the backers and designer of the brand.

Interns will also work jointly with Tungsten Property, Tungsten Partner's real estate division. Tungsten Property has unique relationships within the industry and has closed significant real estate transactions with Opening Ceremony, Alexander Wang, Edun, Project No. 8, and Fjallraven to name a few. Furthermore, Tungsten is partners with Ace Hotel and cultivates fashion and retail relationships to augment the hospitality experience in select cities around the country and internationally. Interns will have the chance to work with Tungsten on specific projects to curate fashion retail around Ace Hotels in Los Angeles, New York, and international locations yet to be released.

We work out of a full-floor penthouse loft in Soho in a collaborative, young, and entrepreneurial environment. Hours are flexible and the internship is commission based with a stipend in some cases depending on the projects you work on. Compensation is very fair, and shares of deals are on par or above competitive rates in the real estate industry and are as supportive of growth as possible. Furthermore, we will work with you to earn class credit for this endeavor, should you wish.

In conclusion, this position allows an intern to take significant responsibility in the physical and financial expansion of some of the most relevant and unique fashion brands in the U.S. and abroad, as well as the ability to focus in fashion and work with creative people, while still putting yourself on a trajectory towards the more lucrative aspects of the business.

Please send a cover letter and resume to info@tungstenproperty.com to be considered.
