You won’t find Kylie Minogue‘s new song “Crystallize” on her recently-released album Kiss Me Once, but you will see all the names of those who donated to One Note For Cancer at the end of the clip. The track is a tie-in with the cancer charity, and Kylie got fans involved by having them bid on eBay for one of all 4408 notes contained in “Crystallize.” The final three minutes of the video show the generous bidders’ names scrolling by.
In the first bit of the visual, however, we see not one diva, but two, as Kylie appears as a guardian pop angel of sorts, watching over a young girl who twirls around her bedroom doing the old hairbrush/microphone schtick. It’s of course a far more toned-down video than Kylie’s recent sensual clips for "Into The Blue" and “Sexercize.”

Minogue worked on “Crystallize” with Dev Hynes and Babydaddy of Scissor Sisters. Pity the track didn’t make the cut for Kiss Me Once, as its upbeat vibe and positive lyrics would have worked perfectly when sandwiched in with the rest of the set.
Still, 2014 has proven to be quite prolific for the Aussie songbird - we’ve gotten the LP, two official singles so far (“Into The Blue” and “I Was Gonna Cancel”), the buzz video for “Sexercize and, now, this non-album track, to boot.
Keep it coming, Kylie!
